so ive lost another 2kgs, and i see alot of visual progress
i dont feel hunger at all, only for beef and eggs which is odd but its the only thing i eat so its good ig
my energy is amazing, i feel better and honestly its working good
starting progress - 72kgs
now - 68kgs
for the first week i pinned 0,50mg, for the second 1mg. Will bump to 2mg the following week or the other
ill post some pics after i get comfier and more onfident so yall can see
im going into ketosis eating only beef, eggs and butter. Will it ruin the ketosis if i eat some bananas before workout for fiber and some energy for the cardio?
i do 15 incline/6 speed for 50-60 minutes which burns like 800 calories and more for my kgs
