Well guys, it looks like I messed up my heart.
The bulk of my run in with performance enhancement was between age 16-18. I wanted to become a pro, slays, become a God.
Since discontinuing or lowering my steroid use, I have been experiencing unstable angina, but mostly when I combine caffeine and exercise.
Coronary artery disease and dyslipidemia runs heavily in my family. My father got heart disease at age 55, and all of his 5 siblings, male aswell as female also are being medically treated for high cholesterol. My uncle also recently had a stroke, and my grandad died of a heart attack at 69 years.
I knew about my family history before getting into performance enhancement, so I can't really complain about the consequences.
My resting blood pressure sits at around 140/80 average with a heart rate of below 50bpm. This is not exactly very bad at first glance, but once you consider that I do intense sauna sessions 1-2x per week, swimming 1-2x per week, fast 30+ hours once per week, sprinting 4x per week, intense 4k run 1x per week and strength training 4x per week, eat a micronutrient optimised diet, supplement omega-3, potassium and calcium and much more, am about 14% bodyfat, i never smoked or drank excessively, and I don't do recreational drugs or steroids anymore, and take 5mg Cialis daily specifically to lower BP, then yeah, it's bad bad.
I mainly used low dose test with high dose tren cycles and sprinkled clenbuterol and an oral in there while crushing the crap out of my e2 with aromasin because the bros online said it would give me less night sweats from the tren (spoiler alert: it didn't). I would also use recreational drugs sometimes while on cycle also, and I never did bloodwork, so take from that what you will.
I am scheduled for an ECG and EKG next week, and the doctors also gave me a blood pressure measurement device to take home and report my daily blood pressure readings for a week. They're also going to draw bloodwork for analysis. I know it's not conclusive yet, but my doctor looked worried AF guys.
I know I fucked up and I am putting my head out there to warn other young people on this sub to not follow blindly in my footsteps. I hope you spare me some sympathy.
Please don't justify this lifestyle like I did and say "oh well it won't happen to me", and "ah well this idiot ran retarded cycles". Understand that what we are doing here is dangerous, don't kid yourself. Stay on top of your bloodwork. Don't skip cardio. Stick to low dosages and try to steer clear of anything other than test, primo and maybe a sprinkle of Anavar. You don't need all this other crap to build an extraordinary physique.
