I keep thinking about getting an FM (Face Mask), which would basically do the same thing as Thumb-pulling and Mewing, the problem here is that these devices are mostly used in people with a Skeletal Class III underbite, which I already have my upper teeth above the lower ones (it means that my Maxilla isn't behind my mandible, but following this theory, if I don't expand the lower part and only the upper part this behind would underlie an Overbite. I need your opinion and advice.
