What bodyfat % do you see abs?

I’m 5’10 around 130-135 lbs ( don’t flame me) I am pretty skinny / lean, but when I flex I have slight abs not too deep or defined, but when I don’t flex I don’t have any abs.

Around what bf% do abs come without flexing ? Lifefuel because I can get pretty leaner then but I gotta lean bulk

Different for every guy

Men’s body composition is different,different people store fat in different places at different bodyfats

Also most lean people even jacked ones do need to flex their abs to have that ideal look so don’t worry.

what bf generally do you need for some definition without flexing like sub 15%? I’m tryna see where I’m at I think it’s above 15 but below 20
 
U see some definition sub 15 but genuine abs sub 12. Also fuck abs u need to be 30 pounds heavier. I’m 5’11 170 and have some ab definition but still feel small af, I can only imagine for u😵‍💫🔫

Yeah I needa train hard for 2 years then hop on roids kinda sucks but better something than notninf

If you are gonna do roids in 2 years why not just do them now. At least run a sarms cycle or something to speed up the progress. Also spam lateral shoulder raises, diamond push-ups, and lat pulldowns cuz tbh no one cares about anything besides broad shoulders

if do one year first minimum it’s better I can get habits etc. I can add 2 pounds muscle a month so atleast 20 pounds in a year. 500mg 16 weeks would be good after that.

gotta look into roofs I can’t afford being bloated or losing collagen. Heard masteron is good, are you a user?

No, I barely work out I just have pretty good genes. Friends have recommend Anavar with test base for first cycle tho
 
Don't get on steroids. It's not worth it. :feelswat: I naturally went from 6'2 155 lbs with shredded abs to 205ish lbs. in a few years and still had ab definition.

15 and below but doesn't apply to every men since we all have different fat distributions
 
Also abs are pretty overrated, just have some definition and try to focus on getting bigger or you will be mogged to hell and back by other men
 
For a natty with a average frame 12-15% tends to look best- not worth getting abs if you end up too skinny imo

around 10% you should have them without "too much" flexing...

BUT...

1) Your BMI is 19.4 :unsure: You clearly have low body fat. In your case, you LACK MUSCLE.

2) NO ONE has abs without flexing. some degree of flexing is always necessary. do not think you can just stand relaxed and your abs will pop. No bodybuilder can do that :feelsuhh:

Here’s what my abs look like at around 12-13% bf- still not super defined or ripped bur visible in the right lighting for sure
