Sorry in advance for sensitive topic
I measured myself "down there" for the first time since last summer earlier today and found that I had a fat pad (i.e. difference between NBPEL and BPEL) of 1.3 inches. ik that bpel is used during sex and average length studies but this fat pad is excess. 1.3 inches cannot all be pushed down during the act. This is obv really frustrating since I've lost alot of weight since then and it has got a bit better but by only 0.1 inches more visibility. Do i just need to carry on losing weight? Is that all there is I can do? Has anyone whose lost a lot of weight seen a good increase in their "visibility"?
