Most surgeries are effective, if you actually need them that is. Osteotomies are generally the most effective, but also on the more expensive side and have tough recovery time.
For peptides, it depends heavily on which one you're talking about. If you're using them for their actual mechanism, technically none of them are cope.

But my point is for example what effect will hgh have on growth plates if they are already fused, I know each has its own use but I mean for general purposes like skin clarity, hair growth, water retention is there any that are more recommended or common?

Nothing, as they are fused.

Yes there are tons of peptides, usually GHK-Cu is used for skin clarity and hair growth. For water retention, i don't believe there is an effective one, we usually use eplerenone for long term water retention and furosemide for short-term temporary debloating.

Isn't furo terrible for your kidneys? Maybe i'll try it some day.. How often can you use it without causing much damage?
Yes it's pretty bad. Just use it once in a while when debloating is essential, like a date or something like that.

Js looked into this apparently there’s no actual direct kidney damage but it can make other things worse like dehydration on the kidneys
