The government is good but the weather is terrible and people are cold and not very welcoming imo. Tropics are better. Brazil with a nordic country's government and laws would be ideal
Saying the government is "good" is like saying Usain Bolt is a decent runner
Nordics are cold-adapted, I can easily go through a -20°C winter and not feel any discomfort but a 30°C summer and I am suffering. Add to that, there hasn't been a major natural disaster in centuries. Hundreds upon hundreds of years.
You know from our perspective we talk about the southern Europeans and Americans as being overly fake. If you'd act as you do in the tropics here, you'd be seen as insulting your conversation partner's intelligence, because you're not actually a friend after having known you for a day or a week. We have a few quality friendships instead of 500 acquaintances.
This and if you travel to those parts you are seen as non NT (im from scandinavia)

There is a certain crowd in the UK who are a bunch of junkie drug dealing degenerates. If you live there you know the type.
Sweden probably just because cheap healthcare and education for college. Also the weather there is nice.
