What fingers do you use to type?

For me, I use my pointer, middle and ring fingers. Although I can still type pretty fast at 130 wpm (and 160 over several seconds), I get discomfort in my wrists very quickly because of the constant wizzing around the keyboard and shit positioning of my hands. If only I learned how to type with all 5 when I was a kid
