I don't understand it. I can understand why height, muscles, not being fat and hygiene are attractive, but why does face matter? A good face doesnt make u healthier or stronger. So in theory it shouldnt matter. But sadly it does and I get to go outside and laughed at by obese LTBs for my facial deformities

Because people you are interacting with looks at your face not your body etc. So if it's not pleasent to look at, you will have a disadvantage in the social environment and will have harder time trying to procreate. So obv it's the most important physical aspect because without it you will literally be alone and rot

Good facial symmetry is an easy way for a woman to determine whether someone is healthy- a strong jaw means they are durable enough to take a hit, also foods that are nutritionally dense ie meat, nuts, starches etc take a lot of jaw muscles to process, someone who has a strong jaw probably uses it a lot- ie is a successful hunter. If you look at those born inbred or with certain diseases- Williams disease, down syndrome, fetal alcohol etc they have obvious deformities.

Keep in mind that many/most cultures during pagan/pre Christian times practiced 1 man multiple wives. This man obviously had the best genes and was chosen by most women while the incels would die alone not passing their genes. part of it is the health factor sited above, other aspects related to things like age.
tbh men dont really need women for anything other than breeding so once theyre in prime breeding age the evaluation outside of body factors (hips, tits) falls down to facial beauty. men with masc looking faces can mog other men into submissive cucks so theres a dominance benefit to masc features and prettyboy faces can produce daughters with pretty faces. an ugly faced or turbo aggro male usually makes for ugly daughters that other men just want to pump n dump. average looking faces or low t guys are better for relationship/commitment benefits since they have fewer options and are easier to have more influence over.
