Preserve Fertility. Keep testicles full (not shrunk).

I take 120 Test C and Anastrazole (both taken biweekly) and 1000iu of HCG for above reasons.

Bloodwork is great (1100 test - 20 Estrogen) and Sperm Count is above average too. Both tests taken every 3 months and included with paying my TRT clinic $180.

HCG however is no longer allowed to be compounded by U.S pharmacy (FDA is trying to fuck with men's fertility at the behest of the Global Elite who want depopulation). This is not a big problem, because there's some kind of loop that allows compounding pharmacies to sell Pregnyl - which is just brand name HCG. It's literally the exact same thing.

I get 10,000 iu (2 months worth) for $110. It is not included in the $180 monthly that I pay TRT clinic.

If you aren't supplementing HCG/Pregnyl with TRT idk wtf to tell you. Look after your nuts.

Some people say it helps with weight loss. I assume these are lazy people who don't diet right and go to gym (not confirmed) because if you are dieting right, going to gym, caloric defecit then weight loss is guaranteed.

Are you getting your Test from a clinic? If so they should get you a complimentary sperm analysis. If not I think they are like $100. Some people legit don't need HCG as they keep producing sperm even when taking Test. IMO there is no reason to not use it, why take chances.

Why are you on test

Took a Test only cycle a couple years ago and ended up crashing my hormones really bad. I followed the Pct but 3 months after the cycle ended I still felt like absolute garbage and went to get evaluated. My Test was 300 and didn't seem to be recovering, I was really struggling with mental health and tbh life in general and made the decision to get on TRT long term with a clinic - monitoring blood work, sperm count..etc

Overall I think it was the right decision given my circumstances, but I wish I had never hopped on the cycle..

120/week - I inject 60 2x per week and 1 AZ with every injection (Mon and Thurs)

HCG 2x per week 500iu per shot (Tuesday and Friday)
