What is the worst thing youv'e been through in life?

At my early teens there was not alot of food at home i ate what was only a meal per day sometimes less than that and i had low energy, everynight i was hungry going to sleep, it was even worse becouse i had psychotic ocd, i heard voices and at one point i was convinced god talked to me and i'm the messaich and i was forced by the voices to flip switches, run, turn around, don't move for a minute, all sorts of things, it was torture for 3 years

I once went 2 weeks without food cause I was broke.

Was homeless for 9 months as major alcoholic working 50 hours a week cause housing market here is so fucked. First night being homeless was the most tired I'd ever been in my life. I walked around from 4pm to 5am without stopping looking for a place to sleep where it wasn't too damp, infested with bugs, and secluded enough that I wouldn't be caught. I ended up sleeping on a park bench at my uni while it poured rain down and I could hear female students off in the distance having a party or some shit.

As kid I was psychologically tortured and bullied by my father and brutally bullied at same time at school to point where I have reflexive reactions to things like violent flinching any time anybody puts their hand behind my head from how much my father would slap me in the back of the head.

I wouldn't say these were worst things that happened to me though. Too many fucked up experiences to single out just one.
