here are mine:
- eating without using buccinator muscle so I can atrophy them and get hollow cheeks
- dyeing eyebrows black every 2 weeks
- growing hair out
- ofc proper oral posture, nose breathing, incissor clenching and hardmewing
- scheduled for removing a bump on my nose
- working out

it's talked all over, and over complicated too, here's how it works:

when you eat, chew only up and down while using your tongue to move food around your mouth
do not try to suck the food to move it around by using the buccinators, also do not chew diagonally since it will use the buccinators

- gymmaxxing (focusing on arms & shoulders atm), while eating a carnivore diet and restricting my carb intake to around 40g/day
- skinmaxxing (MT, beta-carotene, collagen, vitamin E & C, sunbed etc.)
- dying my eyebrows and eyelashes very dark (also using minoxidil & castor oil on my brows)
- chewing gum & jawliner to further improve my hollow cheeks
- focusing on proper swallowing technique, mewing, constantly checking my posture
- sleepmaxxing with high doses of melatonin
- growing my hair out for curtains hairstyle
- icing my eye fat pads to make them hooded
- reducing my water weight by drinking ~8 l of water daily with electrolytes
- my shoelifts arrived recently, currently training walking with the 2 inch ones
- teethwhitening at home with activated charcoal, hydrogen peroxide and coconut oil
- experimenting with inhibiton lowering substances such as phenibut

There are more but those are the ones I am currently focusing the most on

Dermatolling + basic skincare with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid
Growing hair out wanting to get a perm soon.
Getting a Maxillary expander and braces.
Hopefully a rhino too and some fillers soon

I do nasal exercises, they help improving my nose shape, basically
