What red light therapy lamp do I need?

I found some on Amazon but I don't know which one I need, can you suggest me some?

is it for the face ? buy a mask not a lamp. it needs to be close to your face and you shouldn't put that on your eyes

I have the gold mask by mr skin, pretty expensive and I'm not sure its better than the cheaper ones like this one

they still don't know there's differents researches saying differennt things. but if you buy a redligh therapy mask they will tell you to protect your eyes from potential damage. your eyes are important don't risk having to wear glasses for nothing
