K2 for bones, niacin/niacinamide for aging, multi and magnesium due to not getting many needed minerals in diet.

k2, boron, thiamine, b complex once in a while, magnesium acetyl taurate/chloride/glycinate, liver, oysters, coconut water with salts, I don't take d3 because it's sunny everyday

I only take k2 and magnesium everyday trying to end the supplement craziness but I think those along with thiamine are impossible to get in a modern diet

k2 bones/Test/calcification prevention, everyone is deficient in a modern diet(lack of fermented animal foods) hence why they are recessed I love the work of weston price

boron most soil is deficient in it, has been found to increase free testosterone significantly and improves mineral/nutrient absorption you can get alot of it in prunes and certain vegetables

thiamine is necessary for the absorption and use of magnesium, potassium, and many diseases like sleep apnea, chronic fatigue, adhd, schizophrenia are just the way the thiamine and magnesium deficiency manifests itself

b complex same thing once or twice a week just to make sure but if you eat eggs liver and oysters most of your b vitamins needs are covered

I feel high 24/7 ever since megadosing magnesium and moving to a sunny place life has been so good
