What surgeon has repetitively performed commissuroplasty? - marking solution

Since I'm 100% serious about getting the surgery and my lip with along with the corners being downturned, which I am getting Botox for at 17 in the dao muscle, aside from that, the width is awful; my nose is 37mm wide AND MY MOUTH IS 50 MM, so this is going to have to be done. My mouth to knows with ratio of about 1.35, and I want this to be at least 1.5. I'm expecting realistic surgical results, but please, if you guys know any surgeons that have consistently practiced and repetitively done this surgery and procedure, I would really appreciate it, and mark you a solution if you leave their name down below, this one is my facial scan done at the Botox clinic

Interesting. What I've noticed is this is obviously a procedure that's done most popularly outside of the country at abroad because of risks. I don't really know the depth and how the surgery is done. I know that it's laterally done with a similar technique to a canthoplasty, but where is this surgeon located? Do you know for sure he's done it multiple times along with how many photos and results does he has? I don't really know I don't just want to find a random surgeon abroad and just go to him and shoot my shot hoping for a good surgeon I need someone who's repetitively done this procedure again and again confirmed I don't really know I don't just wanna find a random surgeon abroad and just go to him and shoot my shot hoping for a good surgeon I need someone who's repetitively done this procedure again and again, confirmed.

yeah ill get lateral commisuro too but i havent looked into that so much because im planning other things but the thing is that you can find results but they are pretty rare to find a good one since its a very niche surgery. but that clinic is the only place i could find but theres no results and well that concerns me too
