covid fucked up my plans as I planned to travel to Turkey. I've saved the bulk of the money I need

Hair transplant, rhino, and i'm not sure about the jaw/chin. I honestly might just get for fillers! (jaw surgery is too full on in terms of time and expense, and i'm worried about getting a weird result with a genio. I need more height and width)

Also, sidenote: Anyone see that sulyman tas (legendary rhino surgeon) has a hairtransplant place. If teh results are good, im' hoping I can get both procedures done at teh same time and save time and money and get it all done in one looksmaxxing trip"

Idk most I'm planning is buccal fat removal if leanmaxxing doesn't work and maybe orbital decompression for eye area(If mewing works then I don't need to do this).

Orthognathic surgery probably a bimax, rhinoplasty, ptosis surgery and blaphoraplasty for eyebags or I will probably get orbital decompression. I will only get buccal done if I already don't have hollow cheeks by the time I'm 10-15% bodyfat, chemical peels with color correction so I can get rid of my hyperpigmentation and actually be able to see how I look with my normal light brown/ light skin self for the first time in my fucking life. And eventually hair transplants whenever I need them. If I don't manage to ascend after getting all of these, I'm going to kill myself by the time I turn 30, and no I'm not joking.

Maxilla surgery is the main goal because that will fix eye area, midface and chin height in terms of Philtrum

Indeed, plus it’s very hard to even get the surgery. Very few doctors do it and the ones that do are in places like Russia or Romania which probably aren’t as safe as America?

At the very least I will get rhino and a liplift. Preferably I will get mouth widening with Eppley with an included subnasal liplift. I will definitely also get a voice deepening surgery since it's relatively cheap and my voice is something I really dislike. Perhaps I will get cheekbone implants or genio but I will look at that when I have the money for it and decide if it's a worthwhile investment.

TBH surgeries aren't really something I've thought about since it won't be relevant for me for at least 3 years.

because I have dark circles under my eyes and thats like more cutaneous/dermal problem with which fillers can help. The implant only simulates projection of the bone and vector.
