I have slight maxillary prognathism so maybe some form of Bimax & ASO or just Genioplasty for chin

But 100% for sure:
-> Lower eyelid retraction + infraorbital implants (orbital decompression if Taban suggests it)
-> buccal fat removal

-> hairline lowering + transplant around temples
-> Invisalign or smile direct club (either)
