What surgery should i do

Im 26, 5`9 and ready for surgerymaxing. 5 Years ago i looked totally different, and because of a stupid diet (-10kg) and some hard times, i lost a lot of face attractivity.
Will now take Finasteride (0.5mg ed) for hairloss, beta carotene, Retin-A and definitely cheek fillers (hya 2-4ml). I will also trim the beard a lot shorter, and put the sidehair on 0 with a fade. My T is also relatively low (total: 13nmol/l and free: 55pmol/l) maybe trt??
The 3 white shirt pictures are from today, the others 5 years ago.
