Everyone praises the guy for his smooth talking skills(for an autist that is), why was he rejected by the autist girl?

She literally used him for a tea and left JFL. Female nature knows no limit, even autism can't stop it.

I think I've read somewhere that male autists have much better social skills and talking abilities than autist women, but autist women have more friends and a more active social life than the males - it's like they don't make any effort and are still doing better.
