I'll have to start over to begin after the recovery or there's a way to keep some of the gains?

Wouldn't it be a waste of money to spend on testosterone while not being able to hit the gym? And what about aromatase and shit?

Take Ostarine. It was made for sick people to retain their muscle during chemo and other treatments that make you lose weight.

Just make all your meals normally and blend them

If you have made significant progress, you will have muscle memory when you return to training. Also, Ostarine is probably the least harmful compound, if you choose to go down that route.

As someone who has had jaw surgery and is currently rehabilitating.

Expect to lose alot of muscle and weight in general. Not only from the lack of food but the general surgical stress puts your body in a catabolic state.

Even when i was eating alot of blended foods I was still losing weight as your body is in a stressed state.

I'm now back on steroids (primobolan and testosterone) and rapidly putting weight back on as I'm now anabolic. I'm also weightlifting at less than 50% of what i was on but with muscle memory it will be back over the course of the next 4 weeks.

Most dont know alot of steroids were created for this purpose of post surgical weightloss.

Test is cheap as shit. And you don't need to blast high doses to get the benefit of anti-catabolism

No hairloss? Primo is a pretty strong norwood machine.

I wear a hair system so can't measure it however I'm having to cover more and more of my hairline every time I have my system fitted. So evidently it does accelerate hair loss.

No matter will just get a hair line transplant for the front of my hair when it gets unmanageable.

Beware of losing to much of your temple hair, otherwise the hairsystem will look strange.
Which brand do you use? Lordhair, lavivid?

how many drugs have you put in your system over the course of your life?

start over? lmao no. It will come back in no time (a monthish) once you get back to lifting.

You can lift weights after 4 weeks! Fuck that’s a lifesaver, I was assuming I wouldn’t be lifting for months.

I’m thinking of subsisting on Huel/meal replacement shakes for a while postop. I’m sure it’ll be boring to have the same thing every day but it has all the relevant vitamins and minerals, and I’m sure I can’t be arsed to make vegetable soups every day

I'm curious what happens with your jaw muscles, mainly the masseter muscle. If the jaw gets cut and put into its new position, won't the muscles get stretched or teared apart? I'm looking for BSSO aswell.

On my 5th week now, getting better in back on steroids so putting on lost weight.

Also able to start eating solid food again.

Nerves are starting to come back. It will be the three month when I'm in good shape. 6 months for the final results.

Just accept that you'll lose a decent amount of lean mass but you'll recover it from it due to muscle memory thankfully.

Soft-Solids like eggs, tuna mayo, cooked chicken.

Hoping to go full soft-solid from next week.

Probably be the next month or so before i can eat steaks and general solid foods. Nothing like nuts though.
