I fraud 6’.5, i recently tinted my eyelashes darker and got a compliment on them from a random person so i hope they look better now, i just dont like how much nct i have and i dont have the best under eye support

I'm kot the best guy to ask about surgery advice but you seem like you're looking in the right area as your eyes are the worse part
