the area below the mental region (chin), so your neck, melt into your jaw. Not a big deal, you probably just need to stop letting your tongue slack. In my experience, activating the muscles there sucks up tissue in your submental creating a sleeker appearance (ideally you want the angle formed with your submental and neck to be 90 degrees). You're fairly good looking tho imo
