Don't say bimax
 
full face implants or giant implant's 20 piece lefort 4 (which is technically not a bimax because they don't operate on your jaws only, but on your full face)

A typical fringe would probably be fine. Just don't get high-flat fades: they'll make your lower third appear even worse.

The problem is that covering your forehead makes your short face look worse because it compresses your face further but 90% of nt haircuts cover your forehead

I can see it. Perhaps some volumising products would do you well. Always have the olden quiff; still looks NT.
