no, bulking is only for 10% twigs, you'll just ruin your face like i did
at my level I can still make gains at a deficit, right? Tbh I don't think I have enough muscle to even get to 10% without starving myself. Wouldn't I lose bodyfat by eating more and gaining more muscle at my DYEL level?

looks ~16-18% depending on how lean are the back and the legs

could either bulk for a little while to just around 20% bf then cut
or
cut rn and get closer to 10-12% bf range and then start slowly bulking from that point

i would choose the second option but first is theoretically viable

you can still make gains at that level but i would say its a waste of time. what is your face like? is it bloated? most people overestimate bf, at 18% you should look fine

My face looks good currently. But i'm scared of it getting fat. But I think if I ate any less, I wouldn't have enough energy to lift. Can I just maingain until I get to a decent muscle level and then cut?

you could slightly lean bulk while lifting if you wanted, better than dirty bulking and not lifting like i did. what do you currently weigh and what height are you?

6'0, 75 - 76kg in the mornings after I take a shit. I'm trying to lean bulk now. Should I do it until i'm a solid 80kg in the mornings and then cut?

If you want to do this natty you really have to dial in the diet. Stop thinking bulk then cut, think maintaining decent body comp while getting stronger. You're gonna have to track calories, ideally track macros too, and eat enough so ur weight goes up SLIGHTLY every week or two. Eating more than that you'll just get fat, less and you'll go nowhere. It's not easy, and tbh isn't worth it for most beyond the newbie gains everyone gets the first couple of months.

Or you can just wing it and waste 5 years in the gym like I did and most people do

yeah, 6'0 80kg with some muscle mass looks great. my brother is currently that height and weight, meanwhile i am fucking 5'7 90kg bloated manlet because i fell for the dirty bulking meme

i've been going to the gym almost 5 months actually and I think I was making progress at some point but then I stopped eating protein and took days off too much. Also I think I only managed to get my form right last week so I think i'm still yet to make all my noob gains. Is 500 extra calories per day good? That's just 100g of peanut butter so it's easy to track.

Yeah that's how fickle making gains natty is. Almost have to structure your life around it past the newbie phase, it's why so many turn to the dark side. 500cals over maintenance a day is a little too much. But maintenance is a moving target and different for everyone. Gotta keep the scale moving up very slowly, then after getting where you want size wise pull some carbs to lean out

Thanks, brah. There isn't a magic amount of roids that will both help you make gains easier and also not fuck up your face, collagen, dick etc?

I've tried it all and my only advice roid wise if you ever decided to try them would be don't fall for the 500mg test meme. The best I ever looked physique and face wise was on 0 test.

But the gains are temporary unless you stay on, and there are major negatives for many

yeah you're right. I'm just going to stay natty and wait it out. Better to go to the gym for an hour or two than to shitpost.
