Whats the best workout routine that doesn't take a lot of time?

i'm talking 30mins a day at most, ideally spread out, working out is so fucking boring, I dont mind going hard as fuck my only problem is how incredibly boring it is, how can I pack on a shit ton of muscle working out for 30mins or less 5 or 6 days a week? naturally btw I dont want to roid or anything like that

3 sera of each

3 days a week

Push pull legs


Can't be any simpler


Progress on reps and weight over 3 years and congrats

Do I need to switch up the excercises?
 
Yes

You need to include exercise variety

But you want to keep your staples the same

Some kind of deadlift

Some kind of squat pattern, leg press if your body prevents you from squatting


A horizontal press

Vertical press

Horizontal and vertical pull

And one set of isolation to failure for each muscle group per week

Easy
