whats the furthest someone can ascend

ive seen some wild ascensions, but people regularly just start off at like hmtn so they arent really increasing their psl by much. what do u think the limit is if someone doesnt just get every surgery they can, meaning they can still get some surgeries and everything is available, but they didnt just butcher their face until they have 99% metal and no bone left.

if i got infraorbital and zygo implants id look htn-cl but for others it wouldnt do much it depends from person to person id say htn is about right for an average man
