what’s the issue with my skin, and how can i fix it?

my skin was always my worst ever feature, some days when i have good skin im just genuinely happy because i feel like i look good, but most of the time my skin just makes me look like a subhuman. i recently finished accutane 1-2 months ago and now some acne has started popping up again and i really don’t know why, i eat clean, live a healthy life style. maybe it’s genetics because i had REALLY bad acne pre accutane. also i suffer from this redness which i assume is rosacea but i really can’t diagnose it and maybe yall can help, and finally these fucking post inflammatory acne scars. i got no clue how to get rid of them. im thinking of acne scars laser treatment but not sure yet. so if yall have any tips or solutions on how to fix my skin please let me know.

Very mild acne lol just eat only whole foods for a week or two while cleansing twice a day and itll leave
