Depends on a lot of factors.
 
i kilo of fat is 9000 calories, thats how many you need to burn in a week to lose that amount of fat
 
Oh ok fair enough what if I don't care about losing muscle mass
If you don't eat completely you will lose 80% muscle and 20% fat. If you eat high protein in deficit while gymmaxiing you will lose 80-90% fat
