i tried ppl x arnold but i just enjoy U/L way more idki tried arnold split for a bit but i've found standard PPL to work better. might try the combo soon

I am doing a full-body three times a week. Usually it’s just one exercise for back, chest, legs, and arms. With this program I’m able to recover properly, and my strength is still improving. I’m currently on a small calorie deficit, but even then I still managed to bench 100 kg with this program.
