i do have a skull deformity, but i also have a wide ass frame for a kid that age. I naturally look like a bodybuilder without working out. They were mostly talking about my body, and not my face/skull. My face is extremely assymetrical almost like a picasso painting. Also I had long hair to hide the skull deformity, and was always looking at the floor to avoid eye contact
