Depends on the country.

I'm in America, they like certain gyms that are affordable , mainly planet fitness and a local gym chain is charging 25$ a month and everybody goes their including them, but more prefer planet fitness lol. They also are in malls.

The cheaper gym they go but the catch is the people have to be losers so they dont feel intimidated by big men. The same is applicable to foids in general to a degree. Planet fitness here is marketed as a non judgmental gym and for some reason high school junior and especially high school senior foids like it cause they tend to looksmax like the guys prior to graduation for optimal pictures and boosting appearances before joining uni. I noticed a lot of looksmaxxing done senior year.

And for the other question yea you kinda have to do things strategically so other people don't try to be some heroic intervening cuck trying to save the day. Its not likely, but the most important thing is their parents aren't around. Most of the time the JB go out themselves but sometimes their parents might be in the vicinity. Secondly you yourself have to still look young. If you dont then people are going to think you're a creep from afar, but if you are young and approach a jb they'll see you as a high school who is just shooting his shot.

And for the JB themselves yea some accidental opener is best but if their checking you out. Obviously dont want the foid to get creeped out and cause problems in your place of search. But they would be the most receptacle to your approach unlike older entitedl foids. So if their eating could comment on the food their eating say it looks like a nice meal. But see if their looking at you first and mirin. If a foid is staring at you then its kinda a greenlight, use the 2 second rule to be really safe, even one second ( one Mississippi say it fully that is one second, little longer then you think ).

The gym is a better setting as their are pockets of the corner where the machines are more isolated away from the normies and the gym staff.They like to do warmups on the floor and the hip machines and leg machines. So if you happen to be their on the leg press machine be like " u using this" and point to some nearby machine. Boom you just opened and then you could say " Whats your name and introduce yourself".

If the foid doesn't use social media much, and is insecure, they might be more receptive to your approach then you think. I saw 2 manlets, one bald roided one approach a blond college cutie have a good interaction, and a short pale Mexican approach a cute white foid. I think in general the foids appreciate balls and attention , but as usual use your head. Treat the gym as a social circle approach so don't do anything to ballsy.

For the most part no. The reason the JB is in the gym in the first place is to get a cute gym boyfriend, so you need gains. But yea if your a monster your going to intimidate her. You could be skinny tho if your very good looking in the face, but if you were you wouldn't really care for the gym so hence the paradox.

Also I forgot to include some other good areas. Foids love parks. If possible a pet is the best wingman, or another roastie. But if your starting out a cat is best as foids love cats, or a dog. Since hardly any men have cats you would stand out having a cat. Use Instagram geo tag and see where the cute foids are tagging themselves. Look at class of 2022 or 2023 and see if where you get the most hits.

Nature foids would also be laidback. If the hole is regularly in nature that increases the chance of the foid not being on social media much, thus creating scarcity in her pool of men to pick from. You can therefore get the foid. Look for some hiking trails nearby, swimming area.

But yea even tho a JB has much lower standards then a college foid, its still in your best interest to be in good shape. You can still approach without being jacked, but the odds are much better if your in good shape.
