We don't know, there are many mysteries in the universe like where water comes from, we also don't know where the air, the earth, sun, moon, stars, etc. come from, only God probably knows...

My theory is that ice from space

The elements can form when under pressure I assume, maybe from other planets from during the period of when our solar system was still forming AKA high pressure dust everywhere.


Ultimately no-one knows where all of these elements and forces are coming from, nor can we even comprehend the illusion of passing time and such.
