went running this morning again and it indeed feels like a drug
so tired of looking and feeling like shit during my physical prime just because i've been living like a lazy slob for the last 5-6 years. pathetic and beta as fuck.
considering my genetics (malleable 5ft10.5 mesomorph, if that's not a broscience classification), bodyweight exercises + cardio will do miracles for me, so no need to incorporate equipment into my regime, at least not yet. and going to the gym is out of the question (I'm heterosexual)

are there better alternatives/sources where I can see various types of exercises (targeting different muscle groups) and how are they properly executed?
