I have to pick between these two:

1) Doctor's Best
Amazon product ASIN B00151G8L8

2) Bioschwartz
Amazon product ASIN B076S3CSCB

I have tried multiple magnesium forms (Glycinate, Taurate and Citrate) but couldn't tolerate any form! After some research I found out because they were mixed with Bioperine. As @Carpediem had the similar reaction towards Bioperine he pointed it out.

Bioperine increased inflammation for me. And made my scalp more itchy and my hair shed.

Has anyone had similar reaction towards Bioperine?

My friend ChristianChad advised me to buy the second one: Bioschwartz. But in the ingredients it has Magnesium Oxide. Which is useless due to low absorption.

I didn't know that it was diluted with Mg Oxide even though I posted a review which stated something like this and I didn't even read the label :lul: Sorry for my bad advice

Amazon product ASIN B08T1X3D43 https://www.amazon.com /Natural-Factors-Magnesium-Bisglycinate-Powder/product-reviews/B08T1X3D43/

This seems good.
It is purely Mg Bisglycinate and there aren't other ingredients listed other then Citric Acid. It's a powder tho in my mind it's better if it's in a pill (for better absorption (?)) Although I think it's fine tbh so scratch that.

yes. you can get 2kg for the same price as these powders or pills. dissolve in hot distilled water. will last for many years with continuous use. 100g with 150g water. but ain't nobody telling normies to spray themselves with magnesium, get good absorption and save money in the process :feelshmm:
