Which surgery’s indirectly raise your hyoid for tighter jawline? HIGH IQ only

I don’t think I need bimax I think my forward growth is decent. I mostly just want some type of genio or implant to make my jaw/chin less rounded from the front. Can any surgery achieve both that and raising the hyoid at the same time?

Wouldn’t that not change the jaw/chin shape as much as an implant. I would ideally like a squarer chin while also raising hyoid if possible

I feel like if you want that sort of chage a chin wing might do you better. Also you should have posted this in looksmaxxing section
