Why are the sides of my head uneven?

I don’t post here anymore but I realized after I cut my hair that one of my temples is asymmetrical, I might have minor Plagiocephaly? But my skull is symmetrical everywhere else (except my face is kinda asymmetrical cuz malocclusion and broken nose) Is it even that noticeable? Like would y’all have noticed if I didn’t point it out? Nobody said anything about it when I used to post here but I also had longer hair then

Nobody really notices this, you just have BDD.
I think you look great, you have good harmony.
If you are considering any plastic surgeries, I would recommend Otoplasty (ear cosmetic surgery), I think your ears stick out too much and have a weird shape. But you'll manage finally without it.

Yeah I’m def gonna get otoplasty eventually, bimax ccw is my main focus tho cuz of my mid face and hooked nose, got an appointment with an ortho in a few days to figure out what I need to do, rn I wear otostick which is why my ears are diff in each pic, they pin them back
