Dreads have become quite popular in the last years in the Western world so is that even still true? And a lot of guys have their hair in twists, braids coiled or even Afros.
other than that…
some guys just prefer their hair short
some like to get waves.
some believe it’s more masculine.
some believe it’s easier to maintain.
some think they will be perceived a certain way otherwise.
some believe it’s more "professional" and that it's better for a career. Kevin Samuels for example falls in that last category and made a 2 hour livestream about that :
