You cannot ascend with surgeries if you're a deformed, omega recessed fuck. Best you can do is improve your life quality slightly

If your getting jaw surgery and actually have some sort of occulison issue 99.9% chance youll look better afterwarrrds.

HOWEVER- the degree to which you improve is variable and harder to predict, for some people it can be a pretty modest, small improvement for others it can be life changing
