Why do a lot of tall lanklets have this narrow, inbred looking face structure

It's a weird looking and slightly ugly face type that I only see on tall people. Big low set ears, narrow chin, narrow "ovalish?" face structure, lack of a jawline (rounded), giant lips, melting lower third

English fashion model. He has claimed "I'm 6ft 3". He also was quoted in 2018 saying "I'm lucky. I'm 6ft 2in and I have a good frame, but a body like mine can be achieved by anybody, although, unfortunately, it is hard work.".

That too if he is lucky, more like 6'1.5", with good posture and lift maxxing siva can heightmog gandy for that half inch.
