Why do Americans eat so much frozen food?

When I was in the states I saw a like three isles worth of frozen food and people were filling their carts up with it. And I was like damn are they that lazy to cook!? Now Canada isn't to much better but at least the majority of the meals are cooked. I'm saw whole dinners packaged in the store freezers. Crazy shit!

Cheap and quick to do. Americans have hard work culture so quick and easy food is what we want. It’s different with families lots of home cooked meals then
