And yeah, I do agree that simply changing skin color won't change the ethnicity you look like. I mean there are plenty of pale skinned ethnics who still look 100% ethnic. They don’t even have white bone structure. Curries have recessed orbitals and little to no bone definition on average. Whites usually have a defined and angular skull. Meds have angular and defined facial features, but they lack the conventionally white coloring.
Meds are much softer featured than Nordics though. Generally the further North you go in Europe the more the bones project and the further South the softer they become. Meds also tend to shorter skulls than Nordics too.
