Why do I not look as recessed in this picture but in most I look horrible?
I know the chin height is not good, zygos, chin recession
But my overjet doesn’t look as bad here like normal
But then when I take a selfie right now you can clearly see my profile is very convex not good (class 2) Surgeon recommended BSSO and I’m having the consult with the orthodontist that works with the surgeon in two days
I feel like rotation could benefit me since my profile is convex

BSSO+Genio (Or chin wing) should ascend you. Also consider jawline implants after your jaw surgery.

Apart from this you have ance scars.

Agreed with everything you said bro. I don’t think enough surgeons perform chin wing tho especially in the USA. What do you think about genio with vertical and horizontal advancement?

Yes for sure. I was concerned about this as well. Seems the surgeon knows that genio would just mask the problem and recommended jaw surgery and said genio is an option on top.

Seems like it improves the chin a lot but jaw becomes rounder I think it has something to do with jaw angles since it’s a deeper cut

Nice, the orthodontic corrections before surgery are the boring part of it, it might be months or more with braces before Bimax. even though I think he will only evaluate you, it could be a real possibility very soon imo.
