Why do i only like how i look at home

earlier today i posted a thread asking why my hair looks ass everywhere but home. someone said i have dysmphoria. i researched a bit on this topic and realized i actually dont like how my face looks in general anywhere except my house. tho im a bit skeptical because sometimes i do like how i look outside so idk. but its true that i think i look way better at home most of the time.
if i had to rate myself at home id give myself mmtn or even hmtn, outside i feel like i look like a mltn
