why do people go for forehead reduction when hair transplant exists?

1) you have a limited number of grafs that you can remove from the back of the head and sides, so if you continue to balding scale (as you will because you are a man) youre fucked, you can stay with monster tier balding when you have some hair in the front and the whole crown and midscalp will be completely bald.

2) you will never have 1:1 density as a non-balding person. there is a limited number of grafs per cm. And the lower and larger area you cover, the greater the chance that it will look fake is, not only because the graph looks different, than you have the natural root of the follicles in the scalp, but also because you will have a less dense vertex and hairline

if their hair is that thin where they dont have enough hair to graft then there is no point of forehead reduction either. im talking about when you have an option between the two.
