Why do women hate me?

I have never gotten love in my entire lifetime in this wicked planet and i just cant understand why. I have a decent job, good personality, good style and also i think im decent looking. Alot of my white friends who look ugly, gets girls but i dont. I have seen a lot of threads here lately that preaches "bbc" and that women love it, but why am i still incel and not even gotten a kiss with a girl? I am 23 years old and i am starting to think i should just go back to my homecountry and get a wife there.
