I had a cheat day earlier this week and I slept like a baby the following night

Next day I got back on track and it took foreber for me to fall asleep like it usually does

Does this bullshit happen to anyone else or am I just weird

try eating most of your carbs at night b4 bed

same thing for me that's why i do OMAD with my meal in the evening so it helps me to sleep
I love going to bed after my tasty cheat meal ngl

Cortisol is increased when restricting calories. Your body is in a slight panic mode and it's telling you to go look for food so you don't starve to death. Bodyfat is precious to the body and it will not easily give it up. A survival mechanism from millions of years of evolution.
