The stats don't isolate whites, mestizos, and negroes. Some whites and negroes would identify as Hispanic (as opposed to non-Hispanic).

Hispanics are included in the white category, also since blacks are 12-13% of the population they’re still massively overrepresented in violent and just crime in general. So yeah the reason they’re portrayed as violent is because many of them are, of course there are a lot of blacks who are fine people.
