Depression is being sad, having bad emotions, and thoughts of suicide, thoughts of that you are worthless. Anhedonia doesn't give u suicide thoughts, or bad emotions, you just feel nothing, no pleasure, or anything. Depressed people can feel music, food and stuff like that
