Serious Why hasn't Ritalincel been banned? (1 Viewer)

He produces literally nothing except for spam. And I mean NOTHING. I have legit never him post anything original. Every time I get a notification only to see that the commenter was ritalincel I let out an annoyed groan because I know that it's just going to be some pointless spam/image reposting/whatever that serves no purpose. It blows my mind that he hasn't been banned seeing as his sole and only motivation for being here is to spam.
