good question. I think this mindset is that men that inject hormones to enhance their manness are cheating. In part this perception is derived by their being prohibited in sports. Secondly the medical commuity is generally critical of men that use hormones. But I think the bias against them would exist even if sports and medical prohibitions were not an issue.
